Great company to deal with, no pressure whatsoever. Good selection of used cars all appear very good quality and value. Glen was extremely helpful transferring my own registration onto new vehicle. I would highly recommend this company as they deliver what they say and keep you up to date as promised.

Bought a Q5 from jones motors company about 6 weeks ago…. The car needed a couple internal cosmetic parts which were kindly supplied…. Although the parts were delayed more than once I have to say Jack from the company is absolutely stand out… communication and his can do attitude made the delays not seem so bad and as for the car….. wow great car and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone… good bunch of people with a fantastic choice of cars…thanks again Dan (Audi Q5 white )

We bought a Mercedes from the Jones motor company in June 2023. The car was excellent and the service throughout from Glen and the team was first class. Having travelled from the West Country, my wife and I spent some hours with the team test driving the car and completing the necessary paperwork. We enjoyed the whole experience and found everyone genuinely friendly and helpful. It was easily the most enjoyable ‘big spend experience’ We have ever had. Overall, we left with a great car and a memorable and fun experience. If only all big spend experiences could be like this

I dealt with Glenn who was very polite, courteous and professional throughout which made the process very simple and with my buying from NI, he kept me updated every step of the way. It has been a real pleasure to deal with this company and Glenn in particular. I had a couple of telephone conversations with Glenn and bought the car having seen only the online pictures. I arrived to pick the car up a week later and Glenn’s confidence in the vehicle was not misplaced. The pictures were excellent but it looked even better in the metal, a credit to the previous owner.I must mention the vehicle preparation. We bought our daughter a Volvo V40 and the service from Jones Motors was second to none. Having been to a few other garages nearer to home the quality of car we were looking for just wasn't there, so we decided to look a little further afield and were not disappointed. Bought an a-class from here, car was in good condition and has not had issues since buying, sales process was smooth.The car door paint started to fade and crack over time, so I can only conclude that they knowingly failed to mention the door was damaged and painted over poorly (looked pristine at the time) and is now setting me back about a grand.
