16/10/23 at 9:12Absolute jokes on poor people who have no other means of transportation! Waited the bus to Dover and the driver arrived late and say ‘sorry I am late, now I have to leave’ and left without us that easy. This happens lots of time in my journey and I don’t understand the extravaganza time and empty buses wasted and driven away when people trust buses to get to daily lives and necessities.

The station itself is fine. The company running it, is not. If the buses aren't 30 minutes late (which would be rare), then you're still paying ridiculous prices for a service that ultimately has the reliability of a three legged gecko cycling to the local corner shop.They can improve, they just haven't in two years.

I went to Dover from here. They charge you £5 for single ticket from Canterbury to Dover and the bus route number is 15.

I got the 9.10am number 8 bus from Canterbury to Westwood Cross this morning.The bus driver was called Jay.He was so kind. An elderly lady was finding it difficult to walk. She had a trolley she was holding on to. Jay was so patient and kind to her. He patiently waited for her, let the ramp down for her and then held his arm out for her to hold onto to get down the ramp.I was so impressed with him so 5 stars to Jay on the number 8 bus.

Be careful where you walk, the path can lead you without warning to where the bus drivers are drinking tea and larking about. There's no gate or signage to tell you the path has lead you in to their territory, and that they have shut off the entrance to the town wall. But that doesn't stop them being rude and abrasive that you are in their tea spot. Do the logical thing and put in a gate.

You can get buses that go all around kent from this bus station. It is reasonably clean and litter free. At busy times it is literally impossible to get on a bus due to people cramming themselves under the shelter. I would only recommend getting the bus here if you have no other option. If you can I would recommend taking the train.

Great bus service, the staff (bus drivers) were very helpful, bought 1 week bus pass and used it every day to visit several seaside resorts. No need for a car with such a good bus service.
