Lovely care home, staff know the residents well, great place!

Seems to be a great residential home.Staff very polite and Dad seems very happy there.

Upon arrival , very pleasant surroundings. Was made very welcome right from stepping through the doors. Everyone was welcoming , residents were engaged in many things going on.The staff were all very kind. Lovely atmosphere.

I have been to see 7+ homes in Bournville/Selly Oak area before I visited lucton House for my Mum. I have to say what I loved about lucton House was how welcoming it was and how transparent they were from the moment I enquired. I loved the concept with fully furnished flats along 24 hour care, I felt like it would be best for my mum so she can have her independence and looked after by experienced dementia trained staff. I am so glad I made the decision to move mum in, since she moved in, mum has put weight on, made friends and joins in all the activities. Moving my mother to lucton house was the greatest decision I ever made. Thank you, roksana and the rest of the staff at lucton house, for your compassionate care for my mother. I would 100% recommend lucton house to anyone looking for full-time care.

Mother in law went for 4 week respite. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food she said was not very varied or hot so she was not prepared to stay any longer. The room was a nice mini apartment which we thought was lovely.

Really nice care home haven't seen my dad so happy until he arrived at Lucton house staff are so friendly and really do look after their residents and visitors 5 stars from me.

Lucton House is a residential home, with amazing staff and a good range of facilities. The carers, activity team, kitchen team, housekeeping, office staff and maintenance team are all exceptional! Everyone goes above and beyond to make Lucton House a warm and welcoming environment.

I visit me Gran there monthly. She is Yorkshire born and bred but has never been treated like a foreigner by staff or other residents. All in all we are made up with this home.
