Firm represented my mother in the sale of her flat. REceived the closing settlement statement 72hrs after closing and till date the monies have not been settled. Monies owed to Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea have not been paid and this is Day 13. in addition, they have billed me 9000 pounds more than what was owed to RBKC. They have refused to respond to my emails and refuse to refund the balance due. RBKC has submitted a statement showing i owed 22,000 pounds but they have billed me for 31,000 pounds. I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible but no one is responding to my emails.
