Never answered phone despite calling few times

Hannah helped me in a really tough time, one of my guinea pigs had sadly passed away leaving his cage mate. literally the day after i contacted her and explained the situation i was able to rehome one of her gorgeous pigs. she was so understanding and professional, fully informing me of everything i needed to know about the pig i was rehomeing. she loves all the animals in her care and goes above and beyond to help the little animals that most people forget about ❤️

adopted our two boys from here in September 2020. hannah and her family have been absolutely fantastic from day one.knowledgeable and insightful for new and on going owners. accommodation (from outside view due to covid) was immaculate and spacious for the animals in their care.guinea pigs were in great health condition when they came to me. she has gone above and beyond to meet our needs, board the boys, give advice so that we can give them the best care possible whilst asking for very little in return. would highly recommend to anybody who are interested in the small animals in her adoption or to anybody that is unfortunate enough to have to rehome, they will be in the best care possible. They manage it all as a family so if you leave her a message with your details or through Facebook she absolutely will get back to you when she has a moment, Only down side is she cares so much that she doesn't take enough time for herself.

The work that Hannah puts in is incredible, she is an absolute angel. If your small furry friend needs rehoming or you wish to adopt a small furry friend I would have no doubt in giving Hannah my recommendation.100% you know they are in safe hands there and will be cared for to the highest standards and loved while they are there.For a while now we have donated bits n bobs to the sanctuary as it is local to ourselves and we love our piggies.A sad day came for us when one of our piggies sadly passed away. This left our boy by himself so we needed to get him a friend so he would not be lonely. Hannah helped us so much and we gave one of her rescue piggies his forever home. Hannah is always at the end of the phone if we need help with bonding or in fact any other piggie related questions.This is a one of a kind sanctuary and every animal is loved there. Keep up the good work Hannah and her mum.

Doesn't allow you to vet or visit the sanctuary premises so you know your animals are going to a safe rescue home. The images provided are not enough to assume this is a professional registered animal sanctuary with plenty of indoor/ outdoor spaces.
