Lovely staff with a good selection of ethically sourced food. Some loose to refill including cows milk and oat milk. Dog friendly really helps with our shop. Quite pricey but good quality and ethical.

As other review have pointed out this place has friendly staff. They make you feel welcome and go the extra mile. Independent retailers need to work hard to survive in this economic climate and Better Food has not only amazing good food but also such naturally warm and friendly staff. The salads and aranchini are my favourite and the beetroot late in the cafe.

I've tried the organic veg boxes from Riverford & others but there's nothing as good as picking your own stuff and Better Food do great organic veg & fruit! Love the quality, the range & the freshness. And there's a cafe too with gluten free options.

I haven't tried the store but had a latte from their cafe. At £3 cup I have tasted much better elsewhere (Fed 303). That said it was a nice atmosphere and polite service.

This really is the BEST cafe that I have EVER eaten in. Such unusual (and homemade) salads, vegan rolls, scotch eggs, cakes, pastries, smoothies and wonderful coffee.There should be a Better Food cafe in every town across the country - then we all would be slim and healthy.Mind you, I did have 3 cakes after my meal as it was all so good!!Great staff too.Worth travelling to - FANTASTIC.They also own and are attached to a fab organic food shop too.

Wonderful shop with fab staff, little bit expensive for my taste but the sustainability efforts for the refill options are amazing!

Service was disorganised, I waited 20 minutes for a takeaway juice and an aracini. I ordered the ginger ninja which I had tried before. Last time it was lovely and gingery, but this time it was 90% coconut water. Disappointed.

I had a lovely lunch here... vegan roll and 3 salad combo. It was fantastic - home made and hand made with love. Great value for money. Service was friendly. There is a great selection of goodies in the shop, too. I shall definitely return.

For a premium price and quality outfit this place doesn't quite cut it. Whilst I totally agree with the ethos, the service is very lethargic and the whole set up doesn't seem customer focused.

All produce served beautifully fresh, amazing scotch egg, wholesome lentil and vegetable soup served with sourdough seeded bread. The nicest part of the visit was the super friendly staff.
