Absolutely delighted with the job that Eastern Windows have done. It is exactly what I asked for and It all appears to be well fitted. The fitters themselves were really friendly polite and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Aftercare is awful. Most of the locks in the doors had to be readjusted. Replacements didn’t fit and had to be replaced again.! Wouldn’t recommend them as they’re very unreliable.

Excellent service, fitters did a great job, friendly, did the job, cleaned up and they even put my curtain tracks and poles back up! There was a tiny scratch on one of the glass panes and they replaced it the ordered and replaced it within 48 hours! Great price and worth every penny. Im so happy I went with Eastern Windows and would highly recommend them to all.

Had all my windows installed, on top of the good quality the look is beautiful,friendly and expert fitters. I had several estimates but I am glad I chose the right one. I strongly recommend eastern windows.

Had front bay windows replaced, work was of excellent quality. Both workmen were polite and conscientious, cleaned up any mess made in house and on front drive and put blinds back up for meDefinitely recommend, in fact waiting now to have porch done.

Used Eastern a number of times and they were great but in November they messed me about for three weeks promising to call back, promising to send some out to fix an issue and quote for a new porch but all lies. Gave up and went elsewhere.
