These guys rescued me at such short notice when the bouncy castle firm I booked with initially let me down for my sons 1st birthday. I was panicking but then bounce away castles got recommended to me by a friend, I called them up hoping they could help with an hour or two to spare before the party started, but they put my mind at ease and assured me they would get to me as soon as possible, which they did, I am ever so grateful to the sister I spoke to and the brother who provided the bouncy castle both have excellent customer service skills and very professional and polite. I will definitely be booking you in the future as you are trustworthy and reliable thank you so much. I’m not one to write reviews unless I feel passionate about the customer service I have received. Absolutely saved me after another company cancelled on the morning of my daughters party. The lady I spoke to was lovely and really did everything she could to help me. I was able to get a castle with slide delivered just a few hrs after enquiring. The lads that delivered and collected were very nice. Will definitely be using again thank you so so much

Bounce Away Castles
We hired a bouncy castle for our son's 1st birthday from these guys. I was apprehensive after reading the negative reviews online at first but we chose them after a family member had used them previously and had received a great service. We needn't have worried! The service from booking to delivery and collection was great. The guys delivered by 9.30am as requested by myself and collected the castle later than usual at 10.30pm, again as requested by us. When they delivered, they even offered us a newer castle but as we had a particular theme, we stuck with the originally booked castle. The kids loved it and we had a stress free party. Bounce Away Castles
We hired a bouncy castle (Mickey Mouse 12x12) from Bounce Away, this is the second year we have done so for our daughters birthday. They arrived promptly on hire day and were flexible on collection. Great service, great value for money! We will definitely be hiring from them again when our Son's birthday comes round next month. Would absolutely recommend.

I booked a bouncy castle a day before, just thought I’d try my luck and a bouncy castle was available. They delivered promptly and early on the day we booked, lovely professional people. The lady I spoke to on the phone reassured me they would arrive on time. I am blown away by their service. I will definitely book from this company again. Thank you guys x

Excellent service from online ordering, text conversations about extra detail and friendly, calm delivery and set up. The helter-skelter was a real hit, so much better than a bouncy castle to monitor and really eye catching for our jubilee celebrations. Thanks team.

Fantastic company.This is the first time we’ve hired a bouncy castle. After being let down last minute by a different company, we found Bounce Away Castles.The 2 lads that set it up were brilliant. booked a bouncing castle for a children's birthday party phoned them on the day as they didn't turn up at the agreed time only for them to say we doubled booked you massive let down as the kids were looking forward to it and couldn't get one from else where as we got let down at the last min stay away from them to avoid the the disappointment on the day

Unreliable service had ordered a bouncing castle for my autism kids birthday party booked it a month in advance had a confirmation sent to me.However on that day messaged them they said driver is running late 2 hours later got a message saying they cant make it.I would suggest you avoid this company
