Got eyebrows threaded here, everyone in the shop was super nice, very friendly. The threading took a little longer than I was expecting though, and I had to wait 10 minute's

Fantastic place , always well looked after , very family orientated , the hair salon downstairs is always busy and the guys and Leah always greet you warmly , upstairs is Alex and Julie who concentrate on beauty , I cannot thank Alex enough for getting my brows back in good shape , and her LVL lashes are the best !!!

Fantastic service, good prices, qualified and knowledgeable staff. Had gel nails, tips, eyebrow waxing and facial hair removed with a scalpel (very interesting)

Really disappointed. Turned up and was left waiting for half an hour so didn't even have time to get my hair done. They claimed it's because 'it's Saturday and they're busy'... it's Saturday every week? So I imagine it's busy every week? Their lack of timekeeping (and they didn't tell me it would be a wait either) meant leaving the salon feeling absolutely rubbish and having to go out an hour later with bad hair. Definitely wouldn't recommend - they advertise slots every 15mins on Treatwell but clearly don't have the staff to service them. The guy I spoke to was really rude and obnoxious too.

The very first time I had had my eyebrows done. Alex was brilliant, very helpful and knew what colour would work for me. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Relaxing wash and head massage, attentive cutter - listened to what I wanted and made useful suggestions - blow dry and finish left my hair bouncing and swinging - felt great. Going back for my second cut today.
