I was pleasantly surprised at the prices in store for what I have so far found to be excellent furniture. It has been refreshing to move pieces around without it bending and swaying like cheap flat pack units. Staff are not overbearing while you browse but happy to help and answer questions when you need assistance. Canny at giving you a hand to the car, too!Great experience, we will definitely be back!

I would not even give 1 star if there was a choice, I ordered a bed on 26th September that was showed, IN STOCK. A week after the order I got an email to say the item was not in stock, would I mind waiting until mid Nov, they have called twice and apparantly I am receiving it in the next few weeks, (That will be approx 11 weeks)this was the same for a subsequent order. This companies lies about stock to get the order and then ships from China....just crooks thats all they are...do not buy from this company.

Ordered a sofa on the basis it would be with us end of November. We asked if this would be for definite they said yes and it’s the only reason we went ahead with the purchase. 8 weeks later we've had to ring THEM for an update in which they’ve said it won’t be in until January. We had no call. We’ve sold our own couch ready for the new one coming so now we have no sofa/ living room decorated to satisfactory for Christmas and to add to the stress we also have a newborn… no sofa and a newborn.Don’t feel comfortable ordering from them again, not trustworthy, we wanted the house nice for our first Christmas with the baby, looking to take this further but the only solution they have is borrowing us a sofa until the new comes in which isn’t good enough for numerous of reasons, as you can imagine trying to keep the sofa shop satisfactory isn’t going to be easy with a newborn (and dog!)If anyone knows how they can help us can they please contact me

Damaged stock at ridiculous high prices. Have a walk over to Ikea, much better.

If i can rate 0 star i will. Brought two lamp from clearance and told us we can't have a receipt And no returns And refund after we paid.

Tat... masquerading as high end product. A lot of it was clearly damaged stock.

Wasn't impressed to be fair. Very little variation in style, they all seemed very large, clunky and just not my style I guess

If you want furniture that will last, then stay well away from this place. If I could I would give 0 stars.Bought a Sofa set for £3k and expensive dining benches but they only lasted long enough to go past the 2 year warranty.Customer service is atrocious, once the 2 years have past they don't want to know.
