Donegall Quay Car Park

Relatively cheap weekend parking. Close to city center and about 15/20 min walk from Odyssey/Titanic if stick for a space.

Good parking. Parked overnight in Belfast, very cheap rate and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely park here again next time I'm in Belfast

Paid ticket, which didn't work to let me out. No big deal, it happens. But attendant tried to tell me I couldn't prove I had paid even though I had my receipt with my card number on it! Also tried to keep the receipt and I had to demand three times to have it back. Cheaper places to park nearby without the side helping of aggro.

I parked for 9mins and was charged a fiver. Must be the dearest car park ever

We arrived at Donegall Quay car park after Imelda May Concert last night around 11pm to find car park closed.We had travelled up from Downpatrick There were four of us. We had thought it was staying late for Christmas celebrations. True it was our own fault.We should have checked.Young girl from Magherafelt was there also She had phoned phone number displayed threes tomes and been told someone was on way to let us in at a cost of £20 per car..There was also a young couple from Derry..We all were prepared to pay fine.I phoned number again at 11.25pm only to be told if someone had not arrived by now no-one would be coming !!!!!! He seemed to think car park may have closed at usual time of 7.30 pm then corrected himself and thought maybe 10pm. In fact he didn't appear to know when it closed.Last bus had gone to Downpatrick. The othes ran to try and get bus to Derry.I was advised to phone 101 and got very helpful lady who tried again to contact Car park but was getting no reply.She was appalled no-one came to open up.We eventually got family member to come and collect us.Surely we are not the only ones who have been in this predicament????What is the point of having number to contact if no one is going to come to our assistance????I just hope by writing this review someone in authority from Donegal Quay Car park will reply but I very much doubt it.

Cheap to park at the weekends and bigger space to turn / reverse than the newer parking lots. Typically only open to 7.30pm though during the week and it’s currently getting work done to it so a number of the floors are closed.

Easy get parked if you need Laganside court

Very good Saturday rate which is why we chose this carpark. A short walk to the city centre and main shopping area but also close to the waterfront so lots of nice places to look at and walk around.

Prices don't match the advertised rates and no-one to check with. It's like and abandoned derelict building. No staff present and no one answers the phone.Overnight Fr-Sat after 11pm should have been £5.00 and all day Saturday should have been £6.50. Total £11.50 but was charged £16.50.
