Very welcoming upon arrival. Margaret was brilliant and a lovely lady. Explained everything very clearly and it went really well. No discomfort during or after, and I would recommend to anyone who requires wax removal.

Margaret is a legend. She cleared my mum’s ears and gave back her hearing. Margaret knows her stuff and is so calm and gentle. There is nothing to fear or be nervous about. Great experience. Thankyou Margaret.

Booked an appointment for my 87 yr old father-in-law to have wax build up removed from his ear (one only as the other was diagnosed as perforated about 65 years ago). He had gone really deaf and even us speaking loudly wasn't any use. It was driving us round the bend. Found Interhearing on-line via Google search. Margaret carried out the procedure and she was great. The outcome was excellent, we can now have a conversation with my father-in-law without shouting and he really appreciates the difference it has made for him. Can highly recommend Interhearing Wolverhampton, lovely premises with easy parking, good communication with friendly people and the appointment itself was a postive experience and outcome.

First class service. The nurse was caring and persevered, even though the wax (both ears) were rock hard and the size of a Brazil nuts! I used the Wolverhampton Clinic and highly recommend Interhearing.
