Amazing service having telephone or face to face appointments with various doctors the advice and treatment received was extremely reassuring and helpful including the help and support from the receptionist. On holiday at the time and responses were quick and the medication received the same day. Thank you all for taking care of me

My girlfriend is 10 weeks pregnant, she has bleeding, they made a very difficult appointment for us to see a doctor and when we went to the doctor she said it was normal, but after 3 days of bleeding she suffered a miscarriage, the nurses and doctors in this unit should not work there!

You'll be lucky as we all know to see the doctor if not life threatening quick but appointment generally within 2 weeks..

refusal to see a patient whos been in pain for months then said they couldnt do anything after a two minute consultation. dont go here its a complete waste of time and effort.

Rang this afternoon about my son told will be passed to triage doctor. Called back within 10mins with an appointment for an hour later. Doctor was running behind but I was informed about this from the beginning. I had to attend with 3 young children and they were very accommodating. We waited in a separate room. I was offered a hot drink, a toy for my baby to play with and drawing for my son. I was apologised to by multiple staff about the wait but I was just grateful they had fit us in. The doctor was pleasant, thorough, reassuring and kind to my son. We are relatively new to this practice and are very pleased with their level of service. Thank you to all the staff

Run by bunch of planks book an oppointment for it no to get booked in not the first time either. Reception staff sitting in the office playing which each other and having a laugh while letting the phones ring more like a youth club than a doctors

There's a lot that goes on in Hanford medical centre but we were seen pretty much on time and the Nurse was lovely. For such a busy place the car park is way too small which is why it gets 4 stars.

If you want to feel like your an inconvenience and wasting the precious time of a receptionist, or be offered an appointment at a different health centre miles away, this is the place for you.

‘Number 1’ in the queue for prescription meds, sat on the phone for 26mins in total, constantly getting told I’m ‘caller number 1 in the queue’ if that was the case then wouldn’t I be answered within a minute? Happens most of the time and it’s now the 6th or 7th time that I’ve been waiting on the phone to order my prescription for more than 12minutes. All to have a 30 second call for my meds to be ordered.
