Awful coffee, low quality snacks and food, tacky decor and tired furnishings. Only redeeming aspect is the good staff who work hard with what they have.

Sat 25th Nov 23: Hopefully by now the young dark-haired girl serving coffee has had some customer service training and is now up to Caffè Nero's usual high standards.

We came in here half an hour before closing, and the staff were lovely, kept the place clean, and were happy for us to sit in. They recommended the most perfect drinks too.

A typical coffee shop only this one is tucked away upstairs in a massive retail shop. That means it can be quieter for those wanting away from the outside city noise.
