Booked in ahead for 11:30am. Upon arrival I was seen promptly. No waiting around. Advised air con recharge would take 45 minutes to an hour. Job was done in 30 minutes. Highly satisfied.

Went in with a screw in my tyre, No one in there & was told a 2 hour wait for a repair at a cost of £31, went to Walsall wood tyres they did it straight away for £18

My vehicle started making a loud noise from the passenger side, I called ATS and they managed to see my vehicle straight away. They found what was wrong with it and the irritating noise soon stopped! service from the staff is great, they make you really feel at ease. Prices are fair and reasonable!

Popped in here yesterday as my check tyre pressure light came on, was passing so hoped they might be able to have a quick look.The chaps got me straight in, had a look, found the issue to be a faulty valve on one of the tyres, swapped it for a new one, check pressure in all the other tyres, reset tyre pressure to clear the error and topped up my washer fluid.Asked them how much I owe them, said it was free of charge as only took them 10 mins.To be honest, I can't see how you could better service than that anywhere!Cheers

Really helpful and friendly, as a lone female I felt comfortable in going in. I've always had a great service and if you don't understand what they are saying, they say it in terms you do. I've always felt I've received a great service from here. Wouldn't go anywhere else if I have issues with my car.

Was desperately ringing around for an ASAP MOT as need it to start a job next week. Couldn’t tax my car because of needing valid MOT, didn’t think I’d be getting it sorted til mo day as realised at 2:00pm Friday.This was the 3rd garage I rang, they fit me in at 3:30. Always that niggly thing in the back of my mind using new mechanics when I have no idea about cars. But needed it doing so was prepared to pay whatever.But no issues with the car apart from tyre advisory warning but it passed the MOT. £45!Great customer care in store, trustworthy staff, definitely would recommend to a friend and will most likely use them for all my car issues now
