Right at Home Mid Hampshire
I only worked at right at home for a few months towards the end of my studies. I have had quite a lot of care jobs and right at home was by far the best one, it offers Excellent flexibility for students and the office are very supportive and helpful and all the carers are lovely too. I will miss working at right at home and all our lovely clients too, I wish I had found it earlier!

I joined Right at Home Mid Hampshire over 3 years ago. Best thing I ever did. This job brings me joy and I love to see the clients happy. I adore my colleagues and the clients I work with. Where do I start... Right at Home looked after my palliative grandad back in 2018, their compassion and pure kindness inspired me to become a caregiver along with my mum. I did not want to become any old carer, I wanted to work for the incredible company that showed the tender care he needed. I started shortly after in 2019, my aim to be as good as, if not better than the wonderful caregivers who assisted my grandad when he needed care the most. I was a caregiver for 2 years, before working my way up to the office and what an absolute pleasure it has been! I cannot believe they have put up with me for so long! :)

I completely changed career and started working for Right at home mid Hampshire and I’ve never looked back! The support and training are amazing, the rates of pay are extremely competitive and the flexibility of hours is perfect. As promised, I have already progressed in my career with Right at Home and have gained a promotion! I would highly recommend as an employer!

I’ve recently come back to right at home mid hants. I left during the pandemic due to personal reasons. But I felt it was time to get back to work. I knew the only care company that I wanted to work for is right at home.They treat their clients as if they are their own family with respect and dignity. It’s a lovely company to work for.

This such amazing company to work for and I’m so glad I joined in feb 2021. I had a complete career change from a beauty therapist to a carer and I would definitely recommend doing this.To anyone who is looking for a career change I’m so glad I did it. Everyone is so lovely here and welcoming in the office and also here at the end of a call if you need them.The best part about the job is that it is so rewarding and the faces on the clients are so happy to see when you enter there home.

Dear Louise.Thank you and your team for the 5 weeks of exemplary caring care to my father whois now peaceful and accepting inevitable death within a matter of days at the hospice.Your carers do really care - and as an NHS GP I know just how difficult finding and retaining this rare breed of staff is.
