My aunt bought the efoldi plus at a cost of over 2400 when it needed a repair we were told 95 pound call out fee when we were told by salesman all parts and labour were on warranty for 2 years now my disabled aunty can't get out the house as she doesn't have the money to pay for call out disgusting way. Whereas on purchase I find the company extremely easy to deal with and very helpful, as soon as I had paid it was a different matter.Customer service after sales was abysmal. Whoever answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. Simply not interested in helping me sort out a problem. He refused to put through to anyone else. As such I would recommend you stay clear of them..

Glen brought a Solax smarti to Leicester for me to try, he was very helpful and not a bit pushy and let me try one in the street. I was extremely pleased with it and bought one there and then. I had tried various makes of fold up scooters and didn't feel very secure on them. The smarti was much more stable but not too heavy and came with arms. I have no hesitation in recommending this scooter and Monarch Mobility.

Very friendly and helpful. Recommended ringing them and getting them to visit you though. Their showroom is more of a warehouse and barely accessible. They are more than happy to come to you. All staff dealt with were great though and very knowledgeable.

Great Company and great staff. not just pre-sales, after sales was marvelous too. Chris was always been so nice and helpful throughout. 10 Stars and would recommend for any mobility scooter requirements.

Great customer service helped me when I had to cancel my other scooter and get something better for my needs really happy I got my scooter through them off motability so happy with the vogue xl great on battery and really comfortable would recommend the vogue over the monarch

It’s with heavy heart that my scooter goes back this week due to bad health and now totally housebound. I have had 5 scooters from Monarch all of them Vogue and have been well pleased with the services I have received thank you Monarch for all your help over the years
