Car booked in for wheel balance at 2pm. Made us sit there for 1 hour 15 without saying anything about delays.Job took 5 minutes.

These guys really helped me out. Id got a great price online for a full set of tyres, but I didn't know that my car needed run-flats. (My fault) the gentleman at reception discussed all the pros and cons of various options and organised a new set to be delivered. Fitted really quickly. Easy, pleasant and great value, with superb customer service. Thank you.

Had new tyres and mot at Christmas the garage had put my locking wheel nuts on with a gun and tightened unbelievably tight, this has resulted with damage to my wheels as yesterday was the first time since the new tyres and mot i needed to remove them and couldn’t without damages, also the costs of removing and damages have caused me alot of trouble. F1 Autocentres, you might want to train your staff on not gunning on locking wheel nuts!

So, on Sunday the exhaust fell off my car (I know)I called up Formula One on Monday morning and they offered to look it over there and then, so I (very loudly) brought the car down.Within 30 minutes they had checked it over, agreed the work with me and ordered the part, which arrived about 90 minutes later and the car was ready to go about 2 hours after that.Everyone was friendly, helpful and approachable and I genuinely can't thank them all enough for how efficiently they dealt with the situation for me.I will be singing their praises from here on out and will definitely be using them for all future work/MOT's etc.Thanks again everyone, you helped turn what was a very stressful situation into something I can laugh about!

Fantastic service from the boys and with particular circumstances. I actually forgot my time slot and turned up 30mins late . Not only did they accept my apology but they squeezed me in during the day for the four tyre changes (Busy Saturday Afternoon mind you) Really appreciate the manager Gavin(I think)and the boys for giving me the service instead of rebooking. Ordered 2 tyres I was told to be there at 1 so I turn up only to be told they are not here. No apologies nothing!! Won’t be returning

Booked in at short notice and had the correct tyre size delivered the next day.Friendly and professional service.Helped me get my old wheels in the car afterwards.I did get charged a tyre disposal fee, despite taking my old tyres away with my though.Very fair price, would recommend.

Very friendly team, my x4 had braking issues. The team looked into this and though it could be a ball joint so they went to replace only to find it wasn't. They put my old ball joint back good as new and they believed it was play in steering rack and recommended I go to BMW to help. The manager did the work freedom charge for me which I wasn't expecting.Would recommend overall experience excellentThank you
