Very bad expensive drive used long route. I recommend to everyone don't use this taxi service. Taxi driver did not know the way to my destination. Very difficult and uncomfortable service

What’s point when ur operator don’t even send u a taxi out and sit at the desk and lyes instead they all need sacking and when I find out where I can complain further I will because it’s appalling how ur staff talk to people these day on the phone the guy has a right attitude and was 45 mins late and guess what the taxi never turned up and my poor daughter was wondering where her mummy was. Hope it never happens to u guys.

The Taxi driver was a bit annoying and i wasn't talking to him at the time, when I was talking to a friend in the taxi. From Thornton to top of Bradford town centreThe taxi fare was £9 pounds and I gave the taxi Driver £20 the driver gave me £1 pound back when I should have been paid back £11 pounds instead of £1 pound. So I called them up and complained about it and they said come up at 15:30 today when me and a friend got up there they aren't even openWelcome to Bradford area taxi services rid people off every day!!!

I would like to say a huge thank you to my taxi driver today. Really helpful as I was locked out of my car, only had my phone and he offered to help. Fortunately for me I had left a door unlocked and could get the spare key. He took me back to my car. Thank you.
