Mainly a mail order business, collection and visits by prior arrangement. They had exactly what I needed for my Ford Transit based motorhome. Helpful staff.

Exceptional service from Steve and the team. Another dealer had let us down on delivery of a thermal screen. Steve sorted us out a screen and got it delivered to us in less than 24 hours. He really saved the day. Brilliant service would not hesitate and will definitely use again.

Recently had a Hindermann thermal screen fitted to our Frankia A class. Service was friendly and they resolved all issues promptly. There were issues with the product but Steve came up with solutions that have all worked. I'd use Van Comfort again.

Called in to purchase a mozzi net for my van. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, out came a demo model which he fitted to the van to demonstrate how it fits and gave helpful little tips . After purchasing a net I was told that if I couldn't get on with it I was able to return it. Once home I fitted the net and found it to be an even better fit than the demo model.Great helpful staff who went out of their way to help.

Brilliant customer service!!! I have bought a few products from this company now and have always been pleased with the products as well as their service. They always come back to you when they say they will. My most recent experience is a perfect example of the kind of service they offer.I called to see if they had a specific product that I wanted for my motorhome. They said they would check and come back to me. This they did 15 mins later, had the product in their hand, I paid over the phone, item was dispatched that very afternoon and I had the item the next day!!!Highly recommend this business.
