This place should be avoided at all costs. All white shirts / blouses came back with stains. They don't have a card machine and requested a transfer to the workers personal account (I never should have done it but I was desperate to get my shirts back). The finishing on men's shirts is bad with random wrinkles in places they shouldn't be. Also paper tickets with no text notification. I'm not interested in having them try to redo the items as why would I trust the place to correct them?

Scam. I went in and specifically requested that my wool coat needed to be properly cleaned due to the dust. I was told that it would need a special clean and was offered £5 off. Great!I picked it up the other day and took it out for work tonight. NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT! I was then accused of requesting a simple dry clean and given a lesson on black coats and dust, which I did not need as I have many. They then tried to charge me an extra £30 for the special clean I asked for in the first place. Disgusted

Okay dry cleaning

I come here often for tailoring and dry cleaning. They've always done good work, quickly and at reasonable prices.

I brought in a pair of trousers and asked how much it cost to replicate them. I was told 70 pounds and it would take a week, in time for a party I wanted to wear them to. I went there twice and they weren’t ready after a week more so couldn’t wear them for the event, then had to spend 40 minutes of my lunch break looking for my trousers in the shop because they couldn’t find it and the end result was terrible and looked and felt nothing like the original trousers. I’m really disappointed, 70 pounds is a lot of money and I wanted to treat myself and now I have a pair of trousers I’ll prob never wear.

Completely messed up my order, refused to reduce the price. Used wrong material. Do not go.

Awful service. I left one leather jacket one month ago for a cleaning service and still today isn’t ready. He still didn’t have the dignity to call me to give me any updates. I have visited the store 4 times and he gave me always different reasons. today I went there and the shop was closed when it supposed to be opened since 9am. I am so angry after one month I still don’t have my jacket
