Once upon a dream teepee parties

We used once upon a dream after being recommended by a friend. They were both lovely when they came to set up and collect and my children loved their party. It was a total experience complete with tea lights and teddies to cuddle. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Hired this company for my daughter 4th birthday yesterday. Well everything went Okay till the following day when the lady come to collect that went fine to. However once she got home she then emailed me saying. She left the face mask and that I had to pay for them £8.99.. How is that my thought... Next I received more emails telling me that the teepees smell Highley of smoke even though no one in my house smokes she then demanded that I send her £20 pounds for dry cleaning then started threatening me with police then she tried to tell me that the money I paid with smelt of cannibas I was mortified and really upset. How is that my thought when the money come from the bank and I told her that then she continued to threaten me with the police. Please be careful do not want this happening to others would not recommend this company to anyone nor will I be using them ever again!!! Scam

A win every time for the children and the park area

Excellent communication and customer service, very friendly, my daughter loved her sleepover and is already asking when she can have another one! Lovely details and something different, would definitely recommend!
