Hair on the Mighty it also reeks like someones rubbed their sweaty hands all over. Couldn't even stomach the rest really after seeing it so the whole order got threw in the bin.

Arrived at 11:30pm before closing at 12am as advertised on 5th December 2023, was told the store was closed despite other customers being served food. Staff not able to justify why the store closed 2 hours before advertised closing time. Delivery orders were still being collected and other customers had food orders.

If possible I would be leaving 0 stars. Food ordered at 7pm and was constantly delayed in the app going from 7:55 delivery time to an 8:40 delivery time. When the food arrived it was all completely freezing cold and had to be thrown away. Receipt states it was made at 7:20 so what happened in that hour and 20 minutes?!

I was served out of date apple pies, and my frappes were half empty. Extremely disappointing, especially when you are looking forward to it.McDonald’s CS only offered a free medium meal, not a refund or replacement voucher, even though I could have been extremely ill from the pies.It is surprising how relaxed Customer Support was, in regards to the out of date food. I should report this to Birmingham City Council Environmental Health.I feel a lot more could have been to compensate and to ensure it does not happen again.

I personally work at a McDonald’s myself and to say this is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen is an understatement. Every time I go here they get my food wrong. Today my mom ordered food for us and she struggles on the kiosks. someone should be there to help her, that’s what the customer care assistants are for! Food was cold, and wrong order, YET AGAIN. NONE of the staff wear their hair tied up or in hairnets, haven’t got proper uniform and their customer service is terrible. I know it’s hard working in a McDonald’s from my personal experience but IGNORING procedure completely, having rude and untrained staff is not it. Today for example, my mum come in and ordered a McDonald’s breakfast, sausage and egg muffin with no egg and added bacon, would be a simple order if this was my McDonald’s, but no, just got a normal sausage and egg muffin, bearing in mind you have to pay for extra bacon. If this was my McDonald’s my managers would be absolutely appalled. What happens if I had a dairy allergy? YOU ARE PUTTING THIS ON YOURSELF, and your rating shows this. Do not come here, can’t believe HR aren’t pulling up this McDonalds either.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in the area. Very slow service maybe due to lack of kitchen size , not a drive thru, even many delivery drivers moan at how slow they are. Need to really sort this out head office if your reading.

Had nothing but bad experiences from Sutton Coldfield mcdonalds so tried this one instead. Why bother?? My daughters happy meal was completely missing. I ordered the big and cheese with bacon and recieved a dry patty in a bun. No cheese, bacon or sauce. Obviously mcdonalds only hires morons in this area.

I paid for 40 chicken nuggets and a Mac flurry, a very basic order. I got home to realise I was 20 nuggets short, didn’t feel the need to check my order due to it being quiet and a basic order for 1 person. Can’t even say it was miscommunication as I ordered and paid through the machine, first and last time ordering from here, might as well have thrown my money down the drain. Very disappointing.

Ordered through McDonald’s app, £35 worth of food. Only half of it came. Rang the restaurant to be told to make another order with the missing items and they will refund us for it.Second order came, completely missing all items again.Tried to ring restaurant and they turned their phone off.£30 for 2x mighty McMuffins (not meals) that was meant to be refunded. Now I’m £30 short and breakfast short.Absolutely disgusted how they can do this to customers, and then to put the phone down and turn it off too.I will be taking this further, seriously needs sorting out.Shocking.

When someone orders a regular coke, what drink do you think they should get? Oh that's right, a regular coke. NOT diet.Are you too lazy to change the syrup of the regular coke when it runs out? Or are your staff unable to read basic English?This is the third time it's happened. Sort it out you bunch of bellends.
