Optimax are an amazing company for eye care. From the very first appointment all the way through to the surgery, and the after care. Can't recommend them enough. First class.

Really pleased with whole experience from start to finish. My Husband had lens replacement surgery at the Peterborough Clinic and was thrilled with the results. Mr Stephenson is an excellent surgeon, and all the other staff are also excellent.

This review is well overdue but I have been meaning to write it since I had my surgery at Optimax Peterborough on 29 April 2022. Honestly, my experience was with Optimax was so smooth and it was a pleasure meeting the lovely staff who worked with me from my initial consultation at my local Milton Keynes branch, through to the surgery at Peterborough and then all the aftercare treatments that followed. The service of the staff was delightful at every visit.Keith Lo, a fantastic man at Milton Keynes took my first checks to make sure the health of my eyes was good before the friendly Dr. Rekha carried out some more tests before explaining all the possible eye treatments available and which one would best suit me.Soon after my first appointment I spoke with the amazing Dr. Ghassan Ayoubi who would be my surgeon. This man is somethinh else, he was so friendly and so knowledgeable, and further advised me on what surgery he had planned for me after reviewing my reports as my vision before surgery was around -7.00.I then booked myself in for Surgery at Peterorough as they had the soonest availability. Here I met Martyna who was so welcoming and lovely. She took me for some tests before the surgery where she was preseny with surgeon Dr. Ayoubi and another very lovely member of staff.The surgery went very smooth as they talked me through each step.I was fit to drive after the check up the very next day.I now have 20/20 vision and have no symptoms such as dry or watery eyes. I am forever grateful to all the staff named and everyone else at Optimax who dealt with me.Thank you Optimax.

From the moment I booked my first consultation I was made to feel comfortable and was not forced into booking my laser eye surgery straight away, this made me feel at ease as I did want to think about the Pros and cons! On the day of my surgery I was constantly asked if I was ok by staff and/or if I wanted a drink. All the staff members including my doctor made the process so much easier with their friendly attitude. Definitely would recommend Optimax Peterborough to anyone and everyone! So happy, I wish I had done this sooner.

Absolutely fantastic level of care, complete professionalism from the beginning and have changed my life completely.The entire team were caring, professional and knowledgable guiding me through each step of the process and ensuring I was completely aware of all aspects.The aftercare ensured the process had gone successfully and that my healing and results were better than expected.

Great experience at Peterborough Optimax. All Staff, from the team at the front desk to the surgeon and optometrist, are very knowledgable and friendly.Any question I asked was answered in a professional manner. Follow up appointments were also always on time (if not early) and tried to fit in with my busy lifestyle.Would 100% recommend LASIK to anyone who is thinking about it. 20/20 vision by the very next morning and 2 months in and I have no complaints so far. Best thing I have ever done. The results are perfect. Proceedure very quick and painless, although a little uncomfortable but the results are worth the 20s of discomfort. The staff were amazing, very professional and friendly.

I had both eye cataract surgeries done in Harley Street in July 2023. It was all arranged by the staff at Optimax Peterborough. The surgery was totally painless and quick, by the evening of the same day I could see clearly and when my eyes were checked the following day I had 20/20 long vision. Since the op I have had 3 appointments checks in Peterborough and have now been discharged. My whole experience with Optimax has been superb, that covers, treatment, staff and aftercare.
