I cannot rate this service highly enough. First class customer service in responding to initial e-mail enquiry, booking the appointment with the office speaking to a friendly and helpful lady and the actual fitters Jack and Rob who kept me updated on when they would arrive to do the work. Work on installing a new roof aerial was carried out efficiently and quickly and everything was explained in full. Very reasonable costs Great family run business. I would thoroughly recommend their services without hesitation

A great job done by a friendly helpful team.They called 30 mins before arriving and then tested the aerial signal into our TV. Then set about troubleshooting the problem.In no time they had identified a faulty amplifier box and, once replaced, made sure all the TVs in the house were properly tuned in. I am very happy that I called them in and would happily recommend them to others

I had these guys fit an aerial to my outhouse. They explained the whole process to me and showed me the equipment before proceeding. The chaps completed the job to a very high standard. I managed to get them to do it the next day. The price was also very competitive. I couldn’t recommend them more. We had an old aerial attached to the chimney that needed removing which had blew around and crashed into the neighbours. We also wanted the newer aerial that was also attached to the chimney wiring into the living room as the cable from it stopped in our loft.Rob & Jack completed this work within about an hour. Getting onto the roof of a house is no small task, requires skill and bravery. Especially when the roof is green and slippy. It wasn't a warm morning either.We now have a possible liabilty claim removed and a perfect freeview service in our living room with the option to add more TV sets later without having to climb onto the roof.I highly recommend Aerial Installations Glenfield Ltd. They are professional, polite, friendly and fairly priced.

Had an issue with my aerial following some work on our roof. Rob and Jack were quick to respond to my initial call on the day. They explained one of the issue was linked to how we had tuned in the TV to the wrong region, but the roofer had somehow managed to unclip the box that keeps the cables secure and dry. They explained that by identifying the issue now prevents further issues down the line. The guy are great and I would highly recommend them.
