The lock to our front door broke, locking me out at 8pm after visiting my mum in hospital. Paul came out within 15 minutes and was so kind and helpful. It was a tricky job and requirwd the whole lock mechanism to be replaced, with a new 5 lever one. Paul worked hard to get the job done that night, and was very reasonable with the price. TOTALLY RECOMMEND.

Can’t recommend enough, came out to us on Father’s Day after our door mechanism stopped working, meaning we couldn’t lock the door.Totally professional service, explained what was wrong and how much would cost to fix before doing any work. Clearly very experienced and knowledgeable but also a decent bloke as well who I am confident to recommend to anyone. Thanks for helping us out.

After being let down by various other locksmiths for hours in an urgent situation on a Sunday, Paul was here within 20 minutes after speaking on the phone. Very friendly and reasonably priced, will definitely call him again first if I ever need a locksmith in the future

My car locked itself (safety feature) with the keys inside whilst I was cleaning it. I only had one key on me. I rang up and the chap I spoke to was calming and friendly. He was there within the hour m, and quoted me significantly less than the competition (who couldn’t come out for three days). Quick, friendly and efficient service. Thanks again!

Paul saved me today!2 other locksmiths let me down but Paul from LockXpress set off immediately to help me after I locked myself out of a city centre building. He was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I definitely recommend him.

Been waiting ages for him to fit me in to fix my door, he cancelled on us twice, i cancelled once as he wasn't even clear if he was going to be coming that day or not. Contacted him again asking when he can fit us in and he called me up having a go at me being really rude. Apparently I've made him lose money even though he was the one who cancelled on me twice.. awful service. Will never use this locksmith.
