Always a pleasure to come here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, despite the place being rammed. We sat outside as it was fully booked but it gave us the opportunity to take in the great views whilst enjoying a crisp glass of wine and some food. Will continue to return here.

The food and atmosphere here is always great! The only reason it’s not a 5 ⭐️ review is that the menu here has been modified often. The most recent change is that they no longer do a Sunday lunch which is a real shame because it was the best around! The pizza I got instead was delicious though!

I sometimes pop along here for my lunch break but hadn't been for a while .I had a lovely greeting from one of the serving team who remembered me and also my coffee order . That was so nice and made me feel welcome .I tried the salmon on the new specials menu it was great .The Lock is situated on the marina and you get some lovely views sitting in the window seats .

Wonderful place! Love the decoration and how well the staff are trained!Excellent customer service.Lovely presentation of the food and the quality was great.We were very lucky to pop in for a delicious bunch and we took home two yummy muffins for the journey home.I couldn’t finished my avocado toast so I took it for the journey.Well done for using recycled material on the take away containers

My partner and I came here for breakfast on our way home from the ferry port. Nice selection of breakfast options - I had the veggie breakfast which was generous and tasty. The service was a little bit slow and we felt a tiny bit forgotten about at times but overall we had a good experience. The location is nice with lovely views of the marina. Good coffee too!

I've been here a number of times and they have a great menu, service was particularly good on this visit, I only dropped a star on the food because on this occasion the fish had been over cooked and was quite dry, I have had other food before that was cooked perfectly!!

Lovely cafe/bar with amazing marina views. Very attentive and welcoming staff. We went for a coffee and cake only and they were great- and we really enjoyed marina views! Looking forward to coming back on some sunny afternoon to enjoy a drink on the terrace.

We had Sunday lunch, the veg was really tasty but the meat was overcooked, tough and tasted gamey. They also substituted ingredients in the meals without telling us and missed some items out totally. The person who served us was really good though, we complained about my mum's meal being inedible and this was removed from the bill immediately, he also gave her a free dessert and couldn't apologise enough.
