Loads of parking spaces, EV chargers and disabled spots close to the doors at the far end. Small reception area, with space to package.Staff were helpful, fast and reprinted my shipping label and repackaged my shipment for me. Excellent work on their part.

A jokeDeliver parcels to the wrong address then you can't get in touch with themUpdate*And now you expect me to provide evidence of a tracking number on the parcel that I myself had to deliver because your driver couldn't even read the address label properly??Like you'd do anything about it anyway.Try opening a genuine customer service phone line... Oh no, you won't do that as you'd have to field too many complaints

Currently work here great place shame about the issues round suppliers sending broken or damaged pallets or incorrect wrapping if this could be resolved then possibly rates can be improved and less issues for pcp

Parcel had a note put on saying to keep at depot, I'd not asked for that at all and had to go and pick it up. The receptionist said I must have, but the text message I had recieved to give me the link to track the parcel already had collection on before I even knew the link so couldn't of changed it, and didn't even realise it was there till they rang me to collect as the tracking said it was in Birmingham.

A generous 1 star. The courier failed the attempts to deliver for 3 consecutive days which never happened in other services. The staff says it may deliver to the wrong address. But who is gonna tell them when their own customer service can’t get in touch with their courier? Customer paid the price and had to collect themselves at the depot, shocking service.

Was surprised to be told my package needed to be opened before it could be returned to it's sender. I may as well have turned up with the paperwork and the item and got them to pack it as they destroyed the packaging I used.
