The team was very busy, but Brandon had the time to explain everything to us with a smile on his face. If I ever need to hire a car again, I will definitely use this branch. Excellent experience! I was left in a tough spot by another car company that cancelled my rental 30min before our planned trip. I booked with Enterprise Lewisham last minute and, despite the short notice, they were able to sort out a car quickly. Charles was fantastic, keeping me informed and making sure we had the right car for the road. The team were so lovely when I arrived, very welcoming and friendly. Super smooth check in process with Jan, who made sure I had everything I needed and the terms and conditions were clear. I'll definitely be using Enterprise Lewisham again.

Loved picking up a car from Jan Amazing customer service as always makes me feel like part of a family and she ask’s details which makes me feel special. Complements and always a star. We hired a car from Dario in Lewisham while we were visiting from Australia, had a great experience, despite the fact they were very busy we didn’t have long to wait and was upgraded which was wonderful. On our return we met a very pleasant and efficient lady called Maryann, no waiting time to hand the car over. I would have no hesitation renting from here again.

I accompanied my sister to Enterprise Lewisham to pick up a rental car. She was somewhat apprehensive about the whole rental process. Fortunately, we were assisted by Eugene. From the moment they began interacting, Eugene was exceptional. He patiently took the time to walk her through the features and functions of the car, ensuring she felt comfortable. Throughout, his demeanor was cheerful and reassuring, punctuated by his warm smiles. Thanks to him, our experience was greatly enhanced and turned into a memorable one. 5 stars for Eugene!
