What a great place. As you may have seen from some of my other reviews, DIY etc is really not my thing. These people put you at ease and make life so simple. Many places like this put you on edge because you don't know what you are talking about. Not here! I have been many times and each time they cant do enough for you. A clean well presented shopfront and staff who go up and beyond to help. Pricing and stock is very good. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

Needed a power supply to replace one that had broken for a speaker. Phoned up and described what I wanted and the person I was speaking to was extremely helpful and said they had 1 that would be suitable. When I went to collect they were very friendly. Would use again and recommend.

I rang them to let them know what I wanted... He laughed... He checked stock....I cried... He assisted with selecting a replacement product... I asked the price... He laughed...he told me the price.... I cried.....he offered me counselling.... We bonded...I drive to the warehouse...I paid him and he gave me everything I needed. Will I get a Christmas card from him? Probably not... Will I go back for for electrical wholesomeness.. definitely!

Competitively priced products and outstanding customer service. I intentionally ordered a slightly unusual product online so they called to double check what I was using it for to ensure I was ordering the correct item - even though the alternatives would have made them less profit. Definitely recommended.

Very helpful and patient staff. The guy next to me was asking for a bulb with the round bit that goes in the circle bit... and they had it!! I wasn’t much more informed, but with a bit of explaining of the odd bulb I was looking for they knew what it was and had them in stock. Dean on the counter had some great banter as did the whole team. Will be my first port of call for electrical needs in future instead of going round the houses without success.

Thanks for the great service as always - The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to put up with my stupid DIY questions even when there are trades waiting. And most of the time the price is cheaper than all the DIY stores. Where it isn't cheaper the advice is worth the extra pennies.
