He explained exactly what he was going to do, and came back promptly with a quote.After we accepted the quote we secured a date which was suitable for us and we were kept informed about everything that was going on.When it came to the day of the work (a really hot one), Martin and Michelle were on time and soon got to work and had the project finish in no time at all.
