I have been looking a long time for a decent storage box, to protect my semi precious musical equipment whilst travelling to and from gigs. Most ready made solutions elsewhere would have cost a fair amount more, and would have been too big for my needs. With a little bit of work, and the help from Matt I have just received a bespoke, reinforced top and bottom, corner castered, aluminium faced, lockable trunk that certainty seems to live up to the reviews given by other customers. Amazing service from ordering to delivery. Unfortunately the first delivery was slightly damaged (these things happen) but this has been collected and replaced within a very short time frame with no fuss or nonsense - now that is what I call service. We ordered a trunk a week ago and still do not have it. I rang to discuss the delivery as I was expecting it earlier in the week. I was told by the owner that the delivery would be now Thursday (6 days after placing the order) As we were away I could get someone here on Friday to receive it - paid by the hour and i said to the owner that I would have someone here to receive the package as I needed it. The package never arrived and when i rang to check with him why it didn't arrive I was told it was coming on Tuesday as they had a lot on". I asked why he did not contact me as he knew I had to get someone in and he had no answer. The whole process has been very stressful compared to ordering one for my son through another company."
