I have only gave this company a 1 star rating just so I could write a review. My son who is 17 was set on as an apprentice with this company, he seemed really happy and was looking forward to the future in this industry. After 3weeks he has been told they don't think he's right for the job ? 3weeks ? Really don't know how you can be judged after that amount of time in any industry. I decided to ring this company to find out reasons of how they came to the decision he wasn't up the job and they came back with no real explanation, other than they feel he wasn't up for it after 3weeks ? He wasn't the only person as the other apprentice was also finished at the same time. I was also told he's not been sacked nor has he resigned it was a mutual agreement ? And they will give him a good reference for him if needed ? Think this needs to be looked into further as things really don't make sense.
