A big shout out to the Milton Keynes Central station manager, platform staff and kiosk operator for their excellent assistance and kindness when I was taken ill yesterday. I couldn't have asked for better care and consideration. Many many thanks for doing a fantastic job in looking after your passengers.

Very rude staff on tickets point. Gave me wrong ticket and then defending their own staff and when i addressed , started being very sarcastic like i did something wrong. Refused to refund ticket at first and then on showing it is refundable, still said they gonna cut off £10. Very disappointed.

There needs to be more rubbish bins around the train station. I didn't see any bins before you got to the platform. I can't see any in the train station or outside the building. There are not a lot of members of staff in the train station. If you need help.

This train station seems newer than most of the stations in the UK. Lots of coffee shops, juice bars, restaurants, supermarkets and more are found in and around the station. The platforms are very close to the entrance. Sufficient number of screens are there to guide you to the correct platform. There are machines to buy tickets if you dont want to buy online or to stand in the queue. At the platforms, there are seating benches and rain shelters. And also there are some snack shops in between the platforms. The station also has a 9 level car parking building which is very convenient.

This was a fantastic station to both arrive and depart at, with appropriately sized platforms for the trains! The layout is very modernized, the station name sign is slick and departure boards are all over. Navigation is easy through various signs, the entrance/exit is large and cleanliness had been maintained!

Absolutely disgusting. I was there yesterday evening around 6pm. No one to ask about bus services. Tramps and drunks shouting at each other. Youngsters on electric scooters (2 on one scooter) and no supervision whatsoever. No one checking ages etc. If Milton Keynes has applied for City status I suggest the station need sorting out asap.

Nice experience to be there by train. Big station not mean better service but here we are for better distance. No complaints at least in this Covid time. Happy for the things they r offering. U can get most of train services from there to go in other parts of country like London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Glasgow, Edinburgh.

It is one of the best stations I have been to as trains from here can get you from London to Glasgow or you can stop inbetween them what makes it so good is when you leave the station you have loads of taxis outside and plenty of buses that go to the likes of Buckingham or Bedford which is a really good link plus it is close to the city centre which means you can get something from the shops before you go on your journey or after you return

The MKC rail station is located in a transport hub, so that you step out of the station to conveniently placed bus stops and a taxi rank. There are lots of shops for food and drink inside and outside the station. There's an accessible toilet (out of order on the day I visited) in the ticket hall, lifts as well as stairs to the platforms, plus free toilets on platform 1.Currently (Sept. 2022), there's an art project installation just outside the station, in Station Square.
