I first met Mel when she worked in a large hotel spa for my bi monthly facials. When she told me of her new venture 18months ago I knew I would follow her to her gorgeous salon. Mel is extremely professional, knowledgeable and passionate about her work and I can’t recommend her highly enough. My skin feels amazing and her knowledge of aftercare and products to use on a day to day basis is second to none. Mel has become a lovely friend of mine and I am sure we will still be talking the ears off each other in many years to come!!

Mel is phenomenal at what she does. The salon is such a calm and inviting place to go, she manages to be super lovely and professional at the same time.Her facials are amazing, my skin looks wonderful afterwards, and she's always happy to give genuine advice on what you can do in-between sessions.Highly, highly recommend!

Melissa is such a kind person. She takes attention to detail and cares enormously about what she does. I always feel so relaxed whilst having a treatment with Melissa. I have been getting my brows waxed and tinted by her for the best part of ten years. I started to go to her when she was working at a salon in Holywell, then when she moved to on the wirral, I followed her as I genuinely would not trust anyone else with my brows. Ofcourse I was overjoyed when I found out she was opening her own salon; which is the most beautiful and relaxing space. Melissa makes you feel comfortable to talk about anything, so if you’re a little nervous this is the place to go. I actually see her as a friend now and not just a brow queen (although she very much is a brow queen). Never change Mel, and please also never change jobs ❤️
