I had a warning on my iDrive, so I visited this dealership to ask one of the mechanics about it. He said this was serious and that they would have to essentially take the car apart to diagnose/fix the problem and that would costs thousands, if not more. The next day the warning went away by itself and never came back. So either these guys are incompetent or they want to charge you obscene amounts of money for nothing. It's because of official" dealerships like this one BMWs have such a bad rep."

An enthusiastic greeting in the morning that makes you feel special, a complete inspection of your vehicle, and a video with a list of what is urgent, advisory, or okay are provided to you. The communication is effective, and the repairs are done quickly. When they email you the bill, you have the option to pay it in one to six installments, interest-free! You can enjoy a cup of coffee as you wait for your car to be brought to the front. The espresso is as good as the Starbucks one! I'd definitely visit them again.Update: I emailed the manager who was in charge of servicing and fixing my car and called the centre multiple times and asked to talk to him, but he never got back to me, despite being told he would do so. I will never visit that centre again.

Popped in to BMW Woolwich as my car needed oil. Jack was assisting us on the day and not only did he help us by having oil topped up, he also gave us a spare oil and fixed a fault on my sunroof without even asking.Customer service was second to none and highly recommended anyone buy at BMW Woolwich.

I found this dealership shortly after I bought my 330e when the ULEZ charge was brought in. The team are exceptionally knowledgeable and employ great customer service. Most recently, Jack and Luke helped when I had an issue with my engine coolant. Not only did they get me what I need and top it up for me, they also (free of charge) put the car up on the ramp to check for a leak; as I wasn't sure if there was an underlying issue. I'm really happy I've found somewhere close to home that I can trust to look after me and the car!

A man of his word who gave me regular updates always called when he said he would, is highly professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. 10/10

Hello PLEASE READThis is my unsavoury experience with the service team at BMW.My problematic history with BMW Steven James dates back to when they were located at Blackheath. What should of been a simple service and repair became a nightmare. I took my vehicle in described what my problems were and handed over my keys, due collection I paid the invoice and drove off but before I could even make more that 2 miles I noticed the same problems persisting, the problems that I just paid to be corrected. I drove back immediately and explained that nothing had changed. The attitude and disregard I received was shocking, with one member of staff saying I should of told them what the problem was exactly, with a little argument pursuing I told them that am not the mechanic, if I knew what the problematic part was I wouldn't need to bring my vehicle in and that that's what they are there for. This led to and official complaint to the corporate head office.After a meeting with myself a corporate rep and the manager of Blackheath I was found to be correct and at no fault and a apology was given.Some time later BMW Steven James must of moved to Woolwich, thinking this must be different from the Blackheath lot I decided to service my vehicle there as it was now the closest service to me. After the service and 4 new tyres I went to collect my vehicle and noticed that majority of the staff was the same from Blackheath, that's when I realised that they changed locations. Problems began again when I had a flat tyre couple weeks later, the locking nut key was missing from its holder. Last to use it was BMW Steven James Woolwich.. I told my wife ill never use Steven James service centres ever again but she decided to take her vehicle in for a service, which was a huge mistake, as we were on a the motorway heading to the North we lost power and a notification appeared saying the vehicle was unable to use full power head to service centre immediately".After being recovered back home my wife went in and told them what had happened

Just wanted to Thank Jack at the Woolwich branch who helped me get my 12v socket repaired the other day. I came in regarding another issue and when I mentioned that my socket wasn't working he made sure that my plug got fixed before I left the dealer that day. It's reasons like these that make me come back to this specific branch so keep up the good work and Thanks Jack again for your urgency in solving my issue!

I've been coming to the Woolwich branch for the last 18 months since I bought my X5. The service is great led by Samuel and his team including Jack. They have always had the best care for the car and usually advise if something is wrong. Even the sales team with Peter were straightforward to deal with. When we took delivery of the car, it was a different kind of experience which I wont give away here but rest assured, a very straightforward dealership with no messing about. I would comfortably recommend these guys to anyone
