My wife and I went into this store 2 months before our sons 13th birthday and put our name on the waiting list for a playstation 5 console. We spoke to 2 staff members who worked together to put our name on the list. They After 5 weeks we thought that we had better check on progress.We called the store to be told that our name was not on the waiting list. Absolutely disastrous for us now. Less than 3 weeks to locate a playstation 5 to avoid a very disappointed 13 year old. It looks like we may have to resort to buying from a Scalper" which we tried to avoid in the first place by putting our name down with what we thought was a reputable company.Be warned.."

Context : I’m a gamer. I don’t do sports.To get to the Game area we had to walk through what felt like a maze of sports gear to get to a few shelves of games. The selection itself was decent and the prices ok but there were no obvious other gamers around and as such the atmosphere felt like a sports shop and not a game shop so we didn’t spend too long there and bought nothing as just wanted to get out.

Great place to buy gaming essentials for any type of gamer. Only problem is, there is not a large variety of items. In my opinion, the store is too small. Also, when you buy any kind of clothing from the store, if the package is opened and/or tried on its very hard to return it.

I love how the staff take their time in helping out. Always a great place as a first stop for all your gaming needs. Always ask for help as they can get things for you if they don't have it in store. Again a pleasant, painless and reasonably quick visit.

Always friendly knowledgeable staff, who go the extra mile to help you get what you are after and make you leave the store with a smile. If they don't have what you need, they do their best to find you a solution. Cannot fault them. An amazing team and store.

Terrible customer services, I bought a game and returned within an hour of purchase and they offered no help or refund etc as had been opened

Staff took the time to troubleshoot my issue in regards a stick drift on my xbox controller. They checked my account and advertised they can replace as i had the extended warranty on the purchase and they will swap free of charge. Staff saved me 50 pounds. Highly recommend
