I would like to say thank you to Dignipets for the kindness and support shown to us on the day of Lilly's end of life 18/1/23.From the initial phone call to when Donna arrived at my dad's house to see that his companion, little Lilly was able to pass away peacefully at home in her comfy bed with dad by her side.Donna explained everything with such compassion and care, can't thank you enough.Would highly recommend Dignipets to anyone at this difficult time.

The kindness and compassion that Donna showed us and our beloved dog Nino was second to none. Donna talked us through the gentle euthanasia and made a extremely hard and painful experience much more bearable and in a way beautiful. Nino was so calm as he was on his own sofa surrounded by family, which wouldn’t of been the case had we taken him to the vets, as he always hated going! I would definitely recommend Donna and dignipets to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation and who is looking for an alternative to taking their pet to the vets.
