A wet afternoon in Kendal, I needed the works, away from home. Pedicure amazing, shellac hands and feet, and eyebrow wax. Both employees very pleasant and welcoming.30% offer was just a bonus. Great job. The place looks great!

I normally get shellac with french tips at this salon, and I am always pleased - my nails last for weeks. The nail salon is in a convenient location, and hygienic. You can do a walk in without having to book beforehand.

Sapphire's Boutique - Nail and Beauty
I have been to Sapphire's a couple of times and received good service at a good price, especially with student discount. However on this occasion I was disappointed by the service. As the gentleman was filing my gel power off, he didn't realise that he put the electric file on the back of my hand resulting in a cut. I was expecting him to stop and clean the cut and cover it to stop anything from getting inside it and infecting it. This did not happen, i watched it closely to ensure nothing went in it myself. Then when he was sorting my cuticles he pushed too far with his own nail and made my nail bed bleed. Again no first aid was given. I left with two injuries and a service that I still had to pay for regardless of the situation.I doubt I will be returning after my service today.
