I feel totally conned by Toolstation. Called their Abingdon Branch and noticed there was a sign stating that if a Solo Smart Card Terminal was purchased you got a Google Nest free. Went back today and the sign was still there, with NO end of offer date on it. When purchasing the Solo Smart Card Terminal I asked for the Google Nest only to be told the offer had ended. When I pointed out the prominent sign stating a free until I was told that it should have been removed some time ago.This was totally misleading and in my mind fraudulent.On contacting the head office I was basically told, tough.What an awful, deceitful, and non-customer company this who is just doesn't give a toss.Awful company and I would recommend everyone to avoid them but if they are unfortunate to have to deal with them be aware of how deceitful their operation is

My husband Kevin regularly visits this branch but is unfortunately unable to read and write however the staff are always extremely helpful and obliging to assist him.For example, 'Kevin C' spent almost 30-minutes with him to help with his purchase and my husband was really appreciative. On a previous visit, therefore was also an Italian assistant that helped him, too.Thank you!

I always get great customer service at this branch. My order is usually ready for me to collect within 5 minutes of ordering online. The staff are always very polite and helpful, and are a credit to the company. Definitely worth the 5 stars.
