Motor Link

Had my car mot'd here, it failed so I worked on all the failures myself and went back. Passed on everything I worked on, but 5 more things were flagged up!I think they didn't like me doing the work myself to save money. Rip off merchants. People who greeted me were also hostile and unfriendly, as if they thought I had no idea what a car was. I then went to Kwik Fit (couldn't remember spelling) and they were so helpful and passed my car and said there was nothing wrong with the parts Motor Link flagged up. Since then I wouldn't touch Motor Link with a barge pole.

This is the first time I've used this garage and have just bought a used car from here. Very friendly people full warranty given . And any jobs needed doing before purchase were promised and completed. Would definitely recommend this garage . And will certainly use again many thanks for exceptional service .Dave

This morning I took my car into Motorlink because the exhaust was hanging off. Fixed by lunch time and they refuse to charge me. Super local service.

Motorlink has been my garage for many years. Martin has kept me on the road through my cars being written off, electrical faults and many other issues. He is a diamond geezer and the mechanics there are all helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly, fast amazing service, I bought a car from here and can not fault anything, even after the sale nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend here from purchase to after care.

Really good garage. Friendly receptionist and excellent service. Always willing to help even if you ring at short notice. Quick workers so no hanging around. Conveniently situated in Malvern Link train station.

I would 100% recommend. They have been amazing in advising me in what I need for my car, and for the cheapest price possible. Their customer service and mechanical expertise really really good. Would have given zero stars if that was possible. Had my car serviced and MOT and since collecting it the engine was making a hooting noise. Before I got a chance to take it back about a week later the oil light came on and a separate ‘change oil ‘ message appeared on the dash - this was a Friday night just I was packing my car for a trip to London to help daughter move house. Putting the two things together, assuming they had forgotten to put oil in I decided best not to chance it as the website states open Saturday from 9am… hopefully I’d get it sorted and still have time to get to London , albeit hitting traffic. 9am I was there, garage closed. Went back at 9:30 still closed. Drove around in a panic trying to find a garage open, RPM super helpful, checked oil in the car but suggested may not be correct oil. I had no chance but to cancel trip - didn’t relish the thought of single female broken down on motorway or in central London - daughter had to hire car. Monday took car back, owner with lunch in one hand, grabbed keys off me with other and drove car into workshop, heading back to his office gave keys back saying they cleared alert on dash. I asked about hooting noise - obvious pretty irritated he was now and wizzed car back into workshop. Then admitted they hadn’t connected pipe from air filter - so I was told all ok now! I was made to feel such an inconvenience - doesn’t matter that their incompetencies had caused me such an inconvenience.. will NEVER go back there.. The only good thing is the receptionist who is friendly and at least showed empathy.(Word of warning - They explained when the website was built, 10 years ago they got the times wrong! The garage is not open on a Saturday)!
