Hepworth House Care Home

I’ve worked at Hepworth house for the last 7 months, I’ve worked in care since I was 20 years old, and it’s the best home I’ve worked in.The staff are a big family and we’ve always got a smiley face to greet you with.The management and the company are very supportive and are always willing to help out in any situation.We are always having events, raising money for different charities and now we’re planning on giving our residents the best Christmas they’ve had whilst been in care.At Hepworth House the culture is that our residents wants and wishes are at the centre of everything we do.If anyone is looking to put their loved one, into residential care, I would highly recommend Hepworth House.

I have now been part of the team for a few months and the care and compassion that is shown to our residents is amazing,It's a real pleasure to see. Hepworth House is a wonderful place to work. It's a real pleasure to see our residents laughing, chatting and really enjoying themselves.

I have worked at Hepworth house for 5 months and Ideal carehomes for 18 months and I could not recommend them enough! At ideal carehomes you really do feel valued and respected. As a company they champion progression and support your career goals whether they be within your current job role or to progress to Home manager. Hepworth house is beautiful and purpose built which really makes the job so much easier.

I work at Hepworth, I love my job as one of the activity co-ordinators. Colleagues and residents are now like my extended family.To anyone thinking of getting a job here, the training courses are brilliant , Our management team are also brilliant, they are all so approachable it makes for a lovely working atmosphere.And most of all to anyone thinking of fetching there loved one, I would fetch a member of my family without a doubt.Proud to be Team Hepworth.

I am one of the activity coordinators at Hepworth House and have been here from opening. It is a lovely home with a good and relaxing atmosphere. The residents are treated in a person centred way and they are all settling in well in their new home. The company is excellent to work for, they care for the staff as well as the residents. We have a great team of staff working here who all go above and beyond for the residents. Highly recommend for a place to live or work.

A beautiful & clean care home. The Food in the dining hall looks delicious. Coffee or tea for visitors. The staff are very friendly & nothing is too much trouble.I was impressed with the cinema ! Overhall cannot fault Hepworth house.

I work at one of our other homes in the group as front of house manager and sometimes cover is required for front of house. I am happy to support other homes. Lynn and the team are lovely, friendly and welcoming, it's a beautiful setting. The residents are happy and well looked after.

I have worked for Hepworth House for 3 months now and can honestly say im proud to be part of such an amazing team. The exceptional staff are all you would hope for to look after our residents AND SOME! They really go above and beyond to make sure everyone is not only safe and well cared for but content and happy!

I have worked at Hepworth house since the opening in June 2021. Every day is a little different to the last.Our residents love our staff and our service we provide for them. Our residents are chatty like to share stories about their lives and all communicate together. I work with a wonderful team and have made some wonderful friends. Our manager Lynn is great she is very approachable and takes on board what we say our Front of house manager Amanda is fantastic will do anything for anyone. And we all work as a team and welcome all new residents with lots of warmth and love.. we are by far an extended family

I have just joined Ideal Care Homes, Hepworth House, the home is a state of the art building with a 5* hotel feel. Staff and residents have all been very welcoming. I am really looking forward to being part of the team.
