First time using local radio cars, Pick up and destination was spot on, lovely friendly driver, chatty which was good as i have used other firms with drivers who makes the journey long due to long silent drive to where im going (nothing wrong with a little conversation), my driver was very professional and good driving, will use local radio cars again, excellent service and good value fares, also call operator was very good.Thank you allCherie

Reliable and professional taxi company that l prefer to use. I only use perhaps monthly when l'm visiting Birmingham from Wales to see family and now on several occasions your drivers have remembered me and my destination. Very impressed with your company and would recommend.

The car stunk of smoke to the point that i couldn't breath and even opening the windows did not clear the smell as a cancer survivor this was unacceptable. If I wasn't already running late due to the delay of its arrival I wouldn't have got in, I would have requested another one.

Local is now my go-to Taxi firm, never had an unfriendly driver, to the point I have most journeys called up the firm to give appraisals after my drop off. Always so welcoming and professional from booking to exiting the car, also the are cars always clean and well presented. I go the same route most journeys and it’s always pay the same price which gives me reassurance. My dad has used local for years and I can see why with the many journeys I have taken with them this year. Thank you Local!
