Easily the best salon in Exeter boasting over 100 Facebook reviews rated 5 star.Carla is exceptional at colour transformations and correctional work. My own hair was burnt with bleach due to another salon and Carla has brought it back to life with the help of olaplex and some patience on my side. I've just left the salon after my hair being hand painted into a beautiful caramel balayage from near black. I cannot recommend enough.

I had my hair done at the weekend by Carla. It took all day due to me having thick res coloured hair but was so worth it in the end! Extremely happy with the final result.The salon is modern and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and chatty. Carla is great! Highly recommend* Thank you Carla xx

A lovely salon with super friendly staff. Carla is wonderful and has created multiple masterpieces with my hair. I would recommend Creative Cutz and Eighteen West to everyone - it maybe small but the results are amazing!

Absolutely amazing, such a lovely welcoming salon, my hair looks the best it ever has!! Kelly was my stylist and she did an amazing job, my hair was a bit of a mess long harsh roots a multitude of different brassy colours going through it and she transformed me to a beautiful creamy blonde with a soft colour melt at the roots, I love my hair so much I can't stop looking at it!!

Fabulous staff and excellent updated premesis! I've had my hair cut by Carla a few times now and the last time a had a whole restyle and I love it! Friendly and affordable service :)

I've been going to Carla for a year now and while it's changed from being just Carla to a salon offering every beauty treatment imaginable it still offers exceptional service and personal attention. I love my visits here. Carla makes my hair look amazing every time and all the other staff and clients are so friendly the time just flies by! I've also had my nails done by Meg and Jess has styled my hair too. Can't rate it highly enough!

You won't find a better salon!! They offer so many services, the whole team is friendly, there is such a lovely vibe which is so hard to come across in a salon. To top it off, the director Carla is an absolute miracle worker, I would never trust anyone with my hair but her. 100% recommend.

Amazing!!! I am so so fussy with my hair and will only let Carla do it!The salon itself is so gorgeous and you can see the pride she takes in it. Everyone that works there are so friendly and so welcoming and I always know I'll have a giggle when entering!I have travelled from Dorset and even Cyprus on multiple occasions as nothing compares to her work. She listens to what you want and will tell you if it's not possible. She works her magic and my god, I love leaving the salon. I feel human again! She even coloured and cut my hair before my wedding.Unlike other salons I've been to, Carla really cares about your wants and caters to them perfectly.My hair always looks outstanding when I leave the salon and I couldn't be happier with her work.I have recommended many, many people to Carla and will 100% carry on recommending people to her .Love love love this place! If I didn't live in Cheltenham , I would be there all the time !

I have had many beauty treatments with Amy, whether it's an eyebrow thread , pedicure or manicure I have always been very happy with service I've received. She is always so professional and welcoming and I wouldn't go to anyone else for my treatments.
