I would highly recommend a massage with Karen at Renew. I had a Swedish on my upper body and it was the best massage I have ever had! It was relaxing but also a good amount of pressure and I could definitely tell that Karen would be great if you wanted a deep tissue massage or to work on problem areas. The room is very clean, decorated nicely and the organic oils smell very good. Karen is warm and puts you at ease. Amazing value for money. It’s also in a lovely location right opposite Willen lake, so you can further increase your relaxation time by having a nice walk. Definitely give it a go!

Karen was super welcoming and lovely. Very nice environment and being able to choose your own scent of oil was nice. The actual massage was very relaxing and helped ease tension in areas I didn’t even know were tense. Very good communication throughout and still feeling benefits hours later. Would recommend!

The one with Karen at Renew was a very positive experience all in all: easy to make an appointment online, good communication with her, nice location on Willen lake with plenty of parking , cozy massage room , not to mention the actual massage, really experienced hands, she found the knots to ease right away and I must say she did an amazing job.
