Never had an issue with any other Santander branches but this one is awful. Staff couldn’t care less. Had an appointment with Raj who was very unprofessional and rude, kept yawning and telling us the systems don’t work. Made fun of my partner for having a non-UK passport (constant jokes about it being a fake). Decided to close our account and go elsewhere

Oh i wish i could give 0 stars! This customer service is diabolical, I felt disgusted with this customer service whilst they were having a bloody chit chat with their workers. Worst branch ever barclays is so much better! DO NOT GO SANTANDER‼️

40 minute wait to pay cash into my daughter's account so she could pay for car. Manager refused saying my 17 year old daughter had to pay in herself. Like any responsible parent would risk daughter carrying £6k through the City Centre.A joke as I then went to post office and can pay in £2k a day over three days using her card without her present.Makes a mockery of their rules and system.Would be ashamed to call myself a manager of branch as you can't make decisions or manage at Santander.

I been to this branch last week.. I met yassine who made me feel i was in a police custody!!!! He did ask me where the money is from which it was there originally i used it and returned he took it to back room count it there he came back to say it was correct no surprise the Bank was empty no hello no good bye worst experience i will move my money soonAvoid this Bank!!!

Absolute shambles. Perhaps if they hadn't closed all the city centre branches it wouldn't be as bad. 3 out of 5 ATMs wouldn't accept cash deposit, the other 2 didn't work accepting cash. Ended up waiting in a queue of 10+ people with ONE cashier. Waited half an hour, gave up and went to another bank. People waiting to see personal agents were also walking out having waited so long. You're going to be loosing a lot of customers. I've banked with Santander over 15 years, I'm going to think twice about coming to a branch again

I did have a bit of a wait to be served, but I never expect a trip to the bank to be quick, so this didn't bother me in the slightest.Once it was my turn to be served I received Excellent customer service with Jules, she was both polite and efficient; and made todays process very straightforward.

Santander staff are very friendly and offer a professional service. There is easy access for those with a disability. There is a tram system Taxies, and local buses that stop near by for those who find it difficult to travel. There are cash points inside and out side. I believe you can make an appointment in advance if you are a busy individual, just other option to make life easier.

Visited today. Waiting 50 mins for a person to see me regarding my account in the seating area. Was told it would be 15 mins. Had to get up and join the queue eventually fed up of waiting. Could have done that 50 mins ago.Not enough staff to support customers on a Saturday. Bank is only open 9:30 -12:30. The only branch in the city. It’s common sense to have more staff on a weekend to handle rush hour Saturday. Unacceptable.

Carine was so extremely helpful and polite, helping me today and giving me great information and insights. Extremely helpful staff member needs to be considered for a higher position!!
