Changing my review as this is the second time i have been giving a wrong order recently, an to top i off you cant even fill your superchips property half a superchip, we are all paying costomers an expect things to be done properly just not good enough! Long time costomer that will never be back!

Only popped in for a chip, not fully staffed as just opened so service was a bit slow. Chips were fine.

Over £50 spent on food that was thrown out. The chips were under cooked, the chicken greasy. Nothing against the staff, however they are seem to be very young and there is no quality control. Last time visiting this establishment.

staff were so slow , left standing at counter while they tramped about like zombies , eventually I got my food home to discover they hadn't bothered to include the coleslaw for which I had paid, @£10.23 for a panini chips, tin & non existent coleslaw I was expecting it to be nice, here is a pic of what I received, they could,nt even cut up the chicken & chips cremated

Food was great but the server was quite miserable and nobody looked very happy to be there. I felt more of a burden than anything just for ordering food.

Food is OK. I had to use the toilet while I waited for my food. I can only liken this to the sort of facility you would expect in a prison. You have to get the counter staff to open the door to allow you to go to a toilet that is made of stainless steel and hadn't been cleaned for a while. The floor was wet and dirty and there's only the one cubicle that you have to wait in a queue for. I've seen much better public toilets.

Food was delicious...staff were friendly....the place was very busy I thought I would have no choice but to get a takeaway but then the young man at the desk showed me a table that was free. I was happy to sit down and eat. Also it is not expensive. I was starving hadn't eaten in hours and was happy I went to friar tucks
