First day, in arrival: Very dirty room and kitchen, very bad smelly townhouse. Only 1 of 3 ovens working, 2 microwaves worn out, rusted - not safe for use. Worktops chipped, sticky. I'm very disappointed.

Nice and confortable students house, apartments are new and no more than 2 minutes aways from campus buildings. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help. In particular David has always been very helpful for us, updating us with all the events coming up around. We felt pampered!

This is my 4th month at green. I took a room at 1 willingham. According to me the way they treat is very much appreciated. The office staffs and securities are friendly and they are always ready to help. Coming to the facilities and maintenance department, I don't feel any delay in getting things fixed.The accommodation is right next to the uni of Bradford also it is near to the city center and Interchange, just 7 to 10 minute walk.

1 month in and not a single day with hot water. How can they manage to not be able to fix the boiler for a month? Still hasn’t been fixed btwWhat am I paying for?

Have lived at the green for over a year now and it has been a pleasant experience so far. I have nothing but praise for the accommodation and especially the maintenance man David, he is always on the ball and about ensuring things are top notch.

I live at one of the flat rooms here, they are quite economic, clean and give you a very student like feel, with the long tables, stickies wall and very assorted cabinets, great for Single students !! Also maintenance is great, just mailed them once for a lock issue & the guy was here to fix it in 20 minutes:)
