Went in to get my some knives sharpened and picked up some other small bits while I was there. Was impressed by the depth of knowledge that Angus had and felt comfortable leaving my knives in his hands. Really happy with the results, he did an amazing job at a very fair price. Regarding the other bits I bought - cheaper than amazon for the same or better quality. Chef’s Ware is an absolute gem.

This shop has everything for those who enjoy cooking and baking. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Located in Hastings near Morrisons. Highly recommended
