The worst shop I have ever been to. Bought milk out of desperation a few times and every time it has gone off the very next morning...expiry date was 5 days from date of purchase. Avoid this shop at all cost. Selling off milk. Greedy money hungry people, no care and attention to where they keep their produce. They have quite a few houses in our area and those houses are also in severe disrepair. They don't spend a penny.

MSI really are a fabulous shop,i have lived in Devon Road for 28 years so been a very regular visitor, almost daily! The family run business is so friendly,they care for everyone in the community, and will go out of their way to help anyone in need. At this very uncertain time and people panic buying and stockpiling, they haven't put a single penny on anything in the shop,how many people can say the same? Thank you MSI,you really are 100% in my book.

Recently moved to the area and it's a brilliant shop. Only had one issue where purchased cheddar cheese from front of fridge, got home and had mold on it. Other than that, large shop with plenty of food, toiletries, drinks etc.

Poor hygiene practices, arrogant, unfriendly staff and the guy who works in the evenings tends to flirt with female customers by asking a very personal questions trying to find out where they live etc.

Hello, I love to shop in this shop, the problem is that I think all customer should reveive detailed receipt where the products should be listed with the price next to them, instead of that the customer nor receiving any receipt unless we ask for it and this is just about the transaction. So I think this yould be good to change and it would be nice and improving the customer service.
